Ich wohne selbst seit über 20 Jahren in diesem Bezirk, in dem alle Wohnungen quasi "um die Ecke" liegen. Bei Problemen und Fragen haben Sie also immer einen direkten Ansprechpartner. Ich bevorzuge diesen Berliner Bezirk, der so zentral zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten liegt und trotzdem ein attraktives Wohnviertel geblieben ist. Ich kann es besten Gewissens empfehlen.
